In this initial meeting, you define what your criteria is for the property you’re looking to live or invest in. GPS Realty then provides road maps for how we’ll achieve these goals, providing realistic timelines and setting up expectations for that process based on the current trends and climate of the market.


Now the fun begins! GPS broker’s have access to ANY home that is actively listed in the Northwest MLS. We actively pursue and work on your behalf to setup showing appointments for properties not listed in the Northwest MLS. We have innovative techniques to “create” inventory in desired areas where inventory is low or non-existent. However way the property comes to us, this is the time we’re able to go in, look at and really dive into the uniqueness of every single property. Our idea of what you’re looking for really begins to mold into true shape as you start pointing out your likes and dislikes of each viewed home.
