I was born and raised just south of Seattle in Renton, WA. I attended O’Dea High School in downtown Seattle and moved on to the University of Washington where I earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. I began my real estate career in May of 2004 and have not looked back since. It has been a pleasure working with people of all types of real estate backgrounds. Whether working with first time home buyers, real estate investors, land developers, etc. my commitment is the same: keeping my clients informed, representing their best interests, and delivering a smooth real estate transaction for all parties involved.
A real estate professional for more than 15 years, Glen Dosono is known for integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all his dealings. In his tenure in the business, he has first and foremost strived to be someone in whom his clientele and colleagues can put their trust and faith. Every transaction, he believes, is always about his customer. “You are the driver, I am the passenger who’s there to guide, educate, and provide the best service possible.”
Glen’s patient demeanor and dedicated work ethic has resulted in his continued success. He knows how to listen, is generous in offering information, and more importantly, knows when to stop talking. His main intention is to understand his client’s needs and build a relationship that will last over the course of time. When orchestrating deals for his buyers and sellers, Glen is assertive and effective without being too aggressive. While he is a strong negotiator and advocate for his clients, he is just as much a compassionate, friendly, humorous partner who brings ease to a process that can often be quite stressful.
A native and lifelong Washingtonian, Glen graduated with a BA in Sociology at the University of Washington and is a father of 3 young girls. He offers clients a seasoned knowledge of the Greater Puget Sound region and an intimate understanding of what makes each distinct residential niche so special and unique. In his spare time, you can find Glen coaching at his CrossFit gym, King CrossFit, which he co-owns in Renton.

When Raj moved to Washington in 2009, he didn’t have a whole lot of direction as far as his career goes. One thing was certain, real estate was always in his blood. For 5 years he enjoyed his work in construction as a plumber and carpenter. He remodeled a few places on his own and wanted to eventually get into flipping houses. That’s when he decided to get his real estate license and use that as a vehicle to reach his goals.
Growing up in Hawaii, Raj has always carried the Aloha spirit. He’s always been a friendly, personable person. Getting along with everyone he meets and can holding a conversation with a perfect stranger is a strong suit. Of course, opening with “I’m from Hawaii” is a pretty good ice breaker. Raj is a sincere, hardworking and trustworthy individual.
Raj’s decision to be a part of GPS is rooted in his desire to avoid the “big name” real estate companies. Also, I have been a longtime friend of his wife’s family and, apparently, nothing but good things have been said about me. As Raj puts it, “He can be hard on me at times but he’s honest and will tell me how it is, never beating around the bush. He has helped me reach my dream of flipping houses and are now working together on this new adventure.”

After marrying into a family deeply rooted in the local housing industry, Miyoko decided to get her real estate license.
